90-Day Recovery for Fully Vaccinated Guests:
Fully vaccinated Guests with 90-Day Recovered status are required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result (paid for by the Guest) taken 1 to 2 days before setting sail to be exempt from embarkation testing at the terminal.
90-Day Recovery for Guests Not Fully Vaccinated:
Guests not fully vaccinated with 90-Day Recovered status are required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 NAAT or PCR test taken 1 to 3 days before the sail date
or an antigen test taken 1-2 days before the sail date. They will also be required to take an embarkation antigen test at the port, paid for by Disney Cruise Line.
Guests who have tested positive for COVID-19 within 11 to 90 days of their sail date and would like to be identified as 90-Day-Recovered should upload the following to Safe Passage:
- A copy of their professionally documented positive COVID-19 test result. This test result must be greater than 11 days and less than 90 days from their expected sail date. The test must be an antigen, nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT), rapid PCR or lab-based PCR. The official test result must have been provided by a testing service and include the guest’s date of birth.
- A signed letter (on official letterhead that shows the name, address and phone number of a licensed healthcare provider or public health official) stating that the guest has recovered from COVID-19 in the last 90 days. The letter must be dated no earlier than 5 days after the date of their professionally documented positive COVID-19 test result.
