Inspire Diagnostics provides a reliable and efficient way to ensure a safe return to campus this spring. Trained Inspire technicians can administer the COVID-19 testing program on-site, or self-swab kits for pre-arrival testing can be mailed at scale. Each kit comes with nasal self swabs, as well as detailed instructions on how to collect a specimen and then overnight it back in the mail to Inspire Diagnostics’ CLIA-licensed laboratory. Once samples are received, results are automatically reported to participants within 24 – 48 hours.

Unless otherwise required by state or federal law, for health protection reasons, no Test Kit cancellations can be accepted after such Test Kit has shipped.

If your Test Kit has not shipped, then you may cancel your Order by contacting us at shipping@inspirediagnostics.com. In such case, we will reimburse you all payments received as soon as practicable, but not later than fourteen (14) days from the cancellation date using the same means of payment as you used for the initial payment.

In your message, please include: Name of the customer who purchased the test, their email address, the last 4 digits of the card used to purchase the test, and the reason for their refund request.

Inspire Diagnostics Refund Policy:

Inspire Diagnostics, LLC. (Any other orgs associated with ID) are unable to accept returns of any COVID-19 testing kits for resale. Accordingly, ALL SALES OF COVID-19 TESTS ARE FINAL.

Once your order is submitted the sale is determined complete and NO REFUNDS will be issued. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the shipment within 72 hours of arrival and ensure all items are enclosed necessary to complete the testing process. If Inspire Diagnostics determines, at its sole discretion, that an error has been made with respect to your COVID-19 test kit, Inspire Diagnostics reserves the right to correct the error and revise the order accordingly. If you do not receive your kit, or the kit arrives damaged or is missing components, you may request a replacement kit by contacting shipping@inspirediagnostics.com.

Cruises with embarkation dates through January 31, 2022:
All guests will be required to take a COVID-19 antigen test, administered, and paid for by the cruise line, prior to boarding and receive a negative result. Any positive antigen test will be confirmed with a PCR test. Guests are also responsible for complying with all local health and safety requirements which may include additional testing.
In addition, while guests will be tested for COVID-19 upon arrival at the terminal pre-embarkation, we highly recommend that guests self-test at home prior to departure.

Cruises with embarkation dates beginning February 1, 2022:
At time of check-in, all guests will be required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 antigen or PCR test result administered by a verified third party or via medically supervised home test within two days prior to boarding for cruises originating in a U.S. port and three days prior for voyages departing from a non-U.S. port. Guests are also responsible for complying with all local health and safety requirements which may include additional testing.
