In addition to all of the safety precautions and protocols that we will have at the Bat Mitzvah, we are asking everyone to take a COVID-19 test 3 days before the event, even if vaccinated. To make it convenient, we have partnered with Inspire Diagnostics to provide at-home PCR test kits for you to use. This will be done at NO COST* to you.

- You must test 3 days before the Bat Mitzvah and mail your test kit back on the same day at a UPS store before 3pm. That means you should test on Wednesday, April 6, and drop it off at a UPS store that day.
- Once you order your test, you will receive it in approximately 5 business days. To ensure you receive your test on time, please order the test no later than March 25th.
- Each person must register individually, and not as a family or couple.
- Please check your spam folder for order confirmation.
- Kindly send a copy of the Covid test results to the Zack family at rachelmitzvah2022@gmail.com no later than Friday April 8.
*Inspire Diagnostics works with your health plan, the government, a government health plan or the uninsured fund for the testing. There will be no patient out-of-pocket cost. On occasion, an insurance company will reimburse you directly, and in that circumstance we ask that you submit that reimbursement back to Inspire Diagnostics. We do not seek any additional payment, only for what insurance covers.

This is a PCR lab test, the gold standard for COVID-19 tests.
Currently, our turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours from the time the sample is received at the lab. As the testing conditions can change, please stay up to date on the estimated turnaround time.
Once the test results are ready, you will be notified that it is ready and that you should check our secure online patient portal. Results are delivered directly to your smartphone or computer as preferred by you.
