The Inspire Diagnostics team has designed a high quality COVID-19 Virus (Rapid and PCR) testing program, utilizing EUA authorized tests to identify both symptomatic and asymptomatic individuals with COVID-19.

*Inspire Diagnostics works with your health plan, the government, a government health plan or the uninsured fund for the testing and vaccine administration. There will be no patient out-of-pocket cost. On occasion, an insurance company will reimburse you directly, and in that circumstance we ask that you submit that reimbursement back to Inspire Diagnostics. We do not seek any additional payment, only for what insurance covers.

Pre-testing Recommendations Before Your Travel to GlassBuild

DOMESTIC TRAVEL:
Travel Recommendations for Fully Vaccinated Registrants

If you are fully vaccinated with an FDA-authorized vaccine or a vaccine authorized by emergency use by the World Health Organization:

  • You do NOT have to get tested before leaving within the US unless your destination requires it.

  • You do NOT have to self-quarantine after you arrive within the United States.

  • It is recommended to bring your vaccination card with you while travelling in case documentation is requested.

  • Make sure you understand and follow all airline and destination requirements related to travel, testing, masking, or quarantine, which may differ from U.S. requirements. If you do not follow your destination’s requirements, you may be denied departure to or entry at your destination.

Travel Recommendations for Unvaccinated and Partially Vaccinated Registrants

If you are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, take the following steps before departure travel:

  • Get tested with a viral test 1-3 days before your trip departure date.

  • Order our ‘At-Home’ viral test kit at least 7-10 days prior to departure date.

  • Test yourself and return your sample in the provided UPS labeled return envelope within 3-5 days before your departure date.

  • Results will be sent directly to you via text and email.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL:
Travel Recommendations for International Registrants

All air passengers coming to the United States(including U.S. citizens and fully vaccinated registrants) ARE REQUIRED to have:

  • A negative viral COVID-19 test result no more than 3 days before your travel date.

  • International travelers will need to seek viral testing in their country before travel to the United States.

  • Make sure you understand and follow all airline and destination requirements related to travel, testing, masking, or quarantine, which may differ from U.S. requirements. If you do not follow your destination’s requirements, you may be denied departure and entry to the United States.

More Considerations

If traveling by air, check if your airline requires any health information, test results, or other documents. Check with your destination’s Office of Foreign Affairs or Ministry of Health or the US Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs, Country Information page for details about entry requirements and restrictions for arriving travelers.

Follow any entry requirements or restrictions at your destination which might include testing, quarantine, and providing contact information. If you do not follow your destination’s requirements, you may be denied entry. If you test positive on arrival or are exposed to someone with COVID-19 during travel, you might be quarantined and not be permitted to return until your quarantine is lifted. Testing at the GWCC for Domestic & International Registrants

Domestic Registrants

  • Fully vaccinated registrants may travel within the US without the need for COVID-19 testing when departing from the event.

  • Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated guests should have a negative viral COVID-19 test result no more than 3 days before your return travel date.

International Registrants

All registrants departing from GlassBuild (including U.S. citizens and fully vaccinated people) must have a negative viral COVID-19 test result no more than 3 days before your return travel date.

On-site COVID-19 Testing During GlassBuild

  • International, unvaccinated, and partially vaccinated registrants are asked to pre-register before the event and test at the event exactly 3 days ‘before’ your return travel date.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Testing within 3 days to flight date will result in delayed results and not having them in time for your return flight.

  • See timetable below on dates and times to test.

  • Temperature checks will be performed daily which may refer registrants to test on-site.

  • Self-monitor for symptoms during your visit. If symptoms develop, get tested.

  • Results will be sent directly to you via text and email.
