INSPIRE HOME TEST KIT CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY (as of Aug 30, 2021)

Inspire Diagnostics will refund customers as follows for cancelled home test kit orders:

  1. Full refund for cancellation requests are available for any test kit orders that have not yet been shipped by Inspire to the customer for any reason.
  2. Partial refund deducting a $20 cancellation fee for any test kit that has already been shipped but not completed by the Inspire lab.
  3. Tests that have been completed by the Inspire lab are not cancellable/refundable.

Customers must initiate cancellation request within 45 days of order date by contacting Inspire Customer Support (877‐250‐5132 or testing@inspirediagnostics.com). Cancellations are not accepted after 45 days of order date.
