INSPIRE HOME TEST KIT CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY (as of Aug 30, 2021)
Inspire Diagnostics will refund customers as follows for cancelled home test kit orders:
- Full refund for cancellation requests are available for any test kit orders that have not yet been shipped by Inspire to the customer for any reason.
- Partial refund deducting a $20 cancellation fee for any test kit that has already been shipped but not completed by the Inspire lab.
- Tests that have been completed by the Inspire lab are not cancellable/refundable.
Customers must initiate cancellation request within 45 days of order date by contacting Inspire Customer Support (877‐250‐5132 or firstname.lastname@example.org). Cancellations are not accepted after 45 days of order date.
