In your message, please include: Name of the customer who purchased the test, their email address, the last 4 digits of the card used to purchase the test, and the reason for their refund request.

Unless, otherwise required by state or federal law, for health protection reasons, no Test Kit cancellations can be accepted after such Test Kit has shipped.

If your Test Kit has not shipped, then you may cancel your Order by contacting us at Please provide us with the full name and last 4 digits of the card used to order the test. In such case, we will reimburse you all payments received as soon as practicable, but not later than fourteen (14) days from the cancellation date using the same means of payment as you used for the initial payment.
