OK, we are admittedly a little intense, but hopefully this should be pretty easy. Please read the following thoroughly. Here we go:
All guests must test negative immediately before entering the event. We have partnered with Inspire Diagnostics to administer rapid antigen tests at the venue before our ceremony begins. These tests have greater sensitivity and accuracy than OTC at-home tests. This will be done at no cost to you. Please help us make this a smooth process by providing your insurance information. Just click on the button above and fill out the form. If you don’t have insurance, no problem—we’ll cover it.
When you arrive at TWA, please wear a mask until you’ve received your negative test result, aka your “ticket” into the ceremony. We’ll be providing you with a 20-minute testing time slot between 3pm and 5pm,* but if you need to change your time, just reach out to us. After your test, explore the hotel lobby or meet up with friends and family! Hug, shake hands, show off your smile—you’re Covid-free after all.
As a reminder, most of the event will take place indoors and in close proximity to other guests.

- Each person must register individually, not as a family or couple.
- Please register for your test above, and email a photo of your vaccine card (one per individual) to werblerschloss@gmail.com with subject-line “Vaccine Card YourName” for our records by May 12th.
- We recommend testing yourself before traveling to the wedding as a precaution.

*Generally speaking, guests staying at the hotel will be asked to test between 3-4pm; all other guests will test between 4-5pm. We’ll let you know what your testing time slot is on or before May 15th. Please keep in mind that it is a holiday weekend and there may be more traffic entering the airport than usual.
