Location: El Primero High School
1402 Monterey Hwy, San Jose, 95110
Wednesday, Jan 25, 12:00pm – 5:00pm
Wednesday, Feb 15, 12:00pm – 5:00pm
*Bivalent booster subject to availability.*
Must bring your vaccine card (Copy or screen shot acceptable) or digital vaccine record.
Registration is not required for the flu shot, but you must bring your consent form with you (available below).
Vaccines currently unavailable until further notice.
