Please make your selection below and you will be redirected to the appropriate registration page.

Please select the school where your child attends or where you work and complete the online registration. Do not register with your preferred testing location. You are welcome to go to any of the testing sites listed below on the days and times that are most convenient for you. Once you have registered on this site, no other steps are required and simply proceed to the testing location during available testing dates and times.

Why Frequent Testing is Important

COVID-19 is a virus that is very infectious between 3 to 10 days from the time of infection

Over 40% of the people who have the virus are asymptomatic and show no symptoms

Without regular testing, there is not a clear way to monitor against the infection

Frequent testing has been shown to be the best way to create a safer environment

This is a PCR lab test, the gold standard for COVID-19 tests.

Once the test results are ready, you will be notified that it is ready and that you should check our secure online patient portal. Results are delivered directly to your smartphone or computer as preferred by you.

Currently, our turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours from the time the sample is received at the lab. As the testing conditions can change, please stay up to date on the estimated turnaround time.

California has extended the no out-of-pocket costs for COVID-19 testing, vaccinations, and treatment through November 11, 2023. (Out-of-pocket costs include deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments for covered.)

  • Inspire accepts Medicare, MediCal, and most major private and commercial insurance plans*.
  • Inspire bills insurance plans and accepts the reimbursed amount from the insurance company.
  • If the insurance information is incomplete or not provided, Inspire will perform an Insurance Discovery for accurate information which is needed to submit a claim to the insurance company.

Insurance companies commonly send an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) to their insured members showing the amount of benefit paid under their plan. Healthcare providers, including Inspire Diagnostics, submit claims at standard rates. Often, insurance companies reimburse at significantly lower amounts. An EOB may show the difference between the standard charge and the actual reimbursed amount as an adjustment or patient responsibility. An EOB, however, is not an invoice.

Certain plans reimburse the insured member instead of the healthcare provider. This occurs mostly in cases in which the healthcare provider is out of network with that plan. This will generate an invoice from Inspire Diagnostics to collect the reimbursement. If you receive payment from your plan, please deposit the check and send the same amount to Inspire Diagnostics. Please note the name of the person so that we can ensure the payment is applied to the proper claim.

We recommend that the insured member of an out of network health plan contact the member services and request that the reimbursement payments are routed directly to Inspire.
