* The COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics are currently available at no cost to active LMU/LLS students, employees, and contractors only. Inspire will bill your insurance company. Please fill out insurance information in pre-registration.

Please note: there is a limited supply; it is on a first come first served basis, no appointments necessary, walk-ins welcome. Please complete the registration information below.​ Must bring your vaccine card (Copy or screen shot acceptable) or digital vaccine record.
