Inspire Diagnostics, LLC. is unable to accept returns of any COVID-19 testing kits for resale. Accordingly, ALL SALES OF COVID-19 HOME TESTS ARE FINAL.
Inspire Diagnostics will refund guests as follows for canceled Early Embarkation Test orders:
Full refund is available for:
- Any canceled At-Home Tests that have not yet been shipped by Inspire to the guest, for any reason.
- Any On-Site Test canceled more than 24 hours in advance.
Partial refund is available for any On-Site Test canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
Not Cancelable/No Refund:
- At-Home Antigen Tests that have been shipped by Inspire to the guest
- Any completed Early Embarkation Test
- Refund requests made more than 45 days after the transaction date
How to Cancel: A guest must initiate a cancellation request by contacting the Inspire Support Center (877-250-5132 or DCLsupport@inspirediagnostics.com)
