To make it convenient, we have partnered with Inspire Diagnostics to provide At Home test kits for you to use. This will be done at NO COST* to you. They work with your insurance company. Please register online for your tests. We will be asking everyone to show a negative test result to attend the communion. Please keep in mind:
- You must test 2 or 3 days before the event and mail your test back on the same day at a UPS store before 5pm.
- Once you order your test, you will receive it in approximately 5 days, so you should order the test at least 10 days before the event.
- Each person (including children over the age of 2) must register individually, and not as a family or couple.
- Please check your spam folder for order confirmation.
*Inspire Diagnostics works with your health plan, the government, a government health plan or the uninsured fund for the testing. There will be no patient out-of-pocket cost.
